Mô tả công việc:

- Working with the team to transfer system requirements/specifications in Japanese to team members.
- Manage team, oversee project quality, progress.
- Work together with clients in refining specifications.
- Negotiate with Japanese clients in various aspects.
- Communicate with Japanese clients via Skype, chat-meeting, video, email.

Yêu cầu chung:

- Good at writing and communication skills in Japanese (equivalent to N2 or more).
- At least 2 years experience in relevant positions.
- At least 2 years experience in Web Development (Front-end, Back-end, Database).
- Have basic knowledge about program such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, HTML/CSS, Python. Eager to learn technical.
- Proactive and high sense of responsibility, hardworking.
- Ability to use English is definitely a plus.
